This website is operated as Alvonie Jewelers. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies.

Farewell Event offer

Eligible Farewell Event pieces have a product price of €0 while designated inventory lasts. Shipping and handling charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges are displayed before order submission. The promotion may be limited by item, quantity, customer, destination, time, or inventory. We may reject duplicate, automated, abusive, fraudulent, reseller, or policy-violating orders.

Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, scale, packaging, and appearance may vary by screen, photography, production batch, or lighting. Materials, dimensions, variants, and care details shown on a product page form part of the product description.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, pricing, technical, payment, fraud, delivery, legal, or policy concerns. If an accepted payment is cancelled, eligible amounts are returned to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, or use the store unlawfully.

Third-party services and liability

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvonie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing rules
