Farewell Event shipping and handling
Eligible Farewell Event pieces have a product price of €0. Customers pay the shipping and handling charge shown before checkout. This charge covers order processing, handling, protective packaging, and delivery.

Processing and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier service. The available estimate is shown during checkout or in the dispatch confirmation. International, remote-area, holiday, customs, and severe-weather delays may extend delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email or phone number supplied at checkout when available. New tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to show their first carrier scan.
Addresses, customs, and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us through the Contact page immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges unless checkout states that they are prepaid.
If a package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or returned to sender, contact us with the order number so we can review the carrier information. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
