Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items

Contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund of eligible amounts paid.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning anything. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery parcels.

Hygiene and excluded items

Pierced earrings, personalized items, gift cards, final-sale items, and worn products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, except where consumer law requires a remedy.

Refunds

Eligible Farewell Event pieces have a product price of €0, so a product-price refund cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable after dispatch except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after order processing or fulfillment begins. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.
